Inspired by Matisse!

I am waiting in the drive-thru bank line. There is a woman in a hoodie in the line next to me.
After she sent her deposit in the vacuum tube, she picked up a book and opened it with such a look on her face: a look of relish, of anticipation, of excitement.
I want to be her best friend.
And I want to know what book she was reading.

I was able to find 9 pairs of scissors in my house for art today #momwin
I’m not impressed that I had so many pairs, but that I found them.
Operation Real-Life Math is a success! We calculated the cost to make bread and cinnamon rolls, figured their profit from sales, and even used algebra to figure out the most fair way to split that profit! The girls are happy with their earnings and their business. I was happy to see them getting up early on their own to make the bread. Responsibility is the best lesson of all.
thank you, friends, for your support

In January, I took a day to sew something for myself.
