This Chermoula (Moroccan Green Sauce) is delicious on Oven Roasted Vegetables.

4 garlic cloves
1 bunch cilantro
(Or mix cilantro and parsley)
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
Blender until smooth
