This morning I’m snuggling 2 feverish babies.

It’s the most holy thing I can do today.

It’s kind of incredible that all those babies want is me.

They feel miserable and the thing that makes them feel better is just me. I’m the only medicine they need today.

They don’t care that I need to lose 50 pounds.

They don’t care that I’m not wearing makeup or trendy clothes.

They don’t care that the dinner I fixed last night wasn’t Pinterest worthy or how many things I didn’t get done on my to do list yesterday.

They just want me because I’m their mother.

They feel better because I am here.

That’s true love.
