Oct 27: “Parent Teacher Conferences”

Since public school is having parent teacher conferences today, I am conferencing with myself. The girls have the “day off” from school. I’m organizing and tweaking our school schedule/curriculum to meet needs I’ve noticed.

Translation:
The girls can do anything they want as long as they keep the babies happy and don’t fight. They have been warned that fighting will result in extra chores/banishment outside.

I’m in full happy nerd mode locked in my room with my spreadsheets and book lists and educational theories.

Oct 29: Trunk-or-Treat

Peach Pie made her own costume also. It featured a small door in the front to put the candy into.

Blueberry Pie’s part of this costume (the ponytail) has been a year in the making. I made the tunic today.
