In Memory of Wade Preston

This touched my heart deeply when Wade Preston shared it just a couple of weeks ago.
I’m so glad he shared his bright testimony with us all, not only with his words but with his actions. He said about the new Prove City Center Temple,

“What an amazing transformation of this historic building into a beautiful temple for the Lord. As I watched this video it reminded me of ourselves. No mater how much we think we have sinned, or that we can never be loved by God again, all we have to do is remember the Atonement and what the Lord did for us. Just like this building that was thought to be lost due to substantial damage, the Lord will always rebuild us if we allow the atonement to work in our lives. He will remake us into a better person than what we were, or what we thought we could become.”

I cannot say what I feel that we have lost such a good man. It’s not fair to his wife, to his 8 children, to his friends. And he was a friend to so many. We will all have to work very hard to fill the huge hole left in all our hearts.
